1.General conditions

By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these Terms of service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including the copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any piece or portion of this service.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our pieces that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

We guarantee that all MPR Studio products are totally handmade in Italy, in our Faenza studio. Absolutely nothing is produced on behalf of third parties.

2.Processing, packing and shipping:

The porcelain pieces are packaged carefully to ensure safe transport.

The orders will be processed and packaged within 1-2 working days and shipped twice a week. 

Approximate shipping times are listed below by region or country. But, due to Covid some delivery times may be delayed. If you need pieces urgently, please, contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

For Bespoke orders lead times are 3-5 weeks. But, a timescale will be agreed at the time of ordering. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for costs or delays incurred as a result of events outside of our control.

3. Payment:

You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate information for your purchase at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.

The payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive your credit card information.

4. Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of unique/bespoke or personalized pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in the event that your purchased piece arrives broken inside the package and whether the package itself is damaged.

To make compensation possible, we recommend opening the box in the presence of the courier. In case of damage to the piece, please, take a picture of the broken piece in its corresponding packaging; in the presence of the courier, who will have to provide you proof of what happened signed by the transport agency. Contact us within two days of delivery, send the photo and we will provide inmediately the compensation.

For any dispute we turner to the Competent Court of Ravenna, Italy.

5. Privacy

When you place an order, you will be asked for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, which we need to fulfill your order. Your information is safe with us and we will not share your information with external organizations or third parties.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you a newsletter when we have interesting news to share. We don’t bombard with thousands of news! You can unsubscribe at any time if you wish.

7. Our ethical production & environmental sustainability

The main goal of MPR Studio is to create and distribute beautiful products in an ethical and sustainable way and in harmony with the environment in the long term.

We have decided to maintain the integrity of our roots, personally, myself, Martha Pachón Rodríguez as an artist, I have tried to work with partners with whom I can produce my projects ethically whenever possible.

Currently in our distribution process we have been re-using and recycling bubble wrap and cardboard, until it is depleted, in all order shipments. Once finished, they will be completely removed of this process, using only material of natural origin, biodegradable or recycled.

We have devised our guiding principles for the production of pieces, avoiding toxic products, solvents or heavy metals, which are particularly harmful to people and the environment. In our techniques and finishing of jewelry and other products, we recycle beautiful and good quality material destined for landfill, obtaining great quality results without increasing consumerism.

Our second goal: quality more than quantity: So, to produce only what we need in an effort to avoid excessive consumption. This means that, from time to time, some pieces are sold out! we prefer to preserve an exclusive product than to become a large factory. We try to produce quality products in all categories.
